The Dad Conference

Deakin University, Geelong Waterfront Campus, May 27, 2018

Hear what other dads have to say about The Dad Conference...

WHAT IS 'THE DAD CONFERENCE'?

Dads don’t always share, face or confront issues that may be having a detrimental effect on their health, relationships, careers and other important facets of their lives. This can have devastating consequences on themselves, and those closest to them.

The concept of The Dad Conference is simple, combine a large group of dads with amazing guest speakers in the same room to talk about issues that all dads face, i.e. financial pressures, depression and anxiety, parenting issues, struggling with life purpose, kicking unhealthy habits, and many others.

There are many common questions that dads often ask themselves:

  1. How can I save a little extra cash? How can I make a little extra money? How can we as a family spend a little less? How can we make our financial situation a little more comfortable?
  2. How can I be a better parent? How can I relate to my kids a little better? How can my wife and I, as a team, raise our children as best as we can?
  3. What career path do I want to take? How can I figure out what I want to do with the rest of my life? Why do other people seem to have it all figured out when I don’t?
  4. Why aren’t I feeling so great? Why am I acting this way despite having a great wife/career/kids/etc.?

The Dad Conference will attempt to answer these questions and many more. The goal is for dads to take away a few golden nuggets of advice, and plug them into their own realities to improve the lives of themselves and their families.

ARE YOU READY TO MAKE SERIOUS CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE IN 2018?

THE DAD CONFERENCE SUPPORTS THE E.J. WHITTEN FOUNDATION

In addition to helping as many dads and their families as possible to lead incredible lives, another goal of The Dad Conference is to support men’s health initiatives.

As such The Dad Conference is proud to have formed a partnership with the E.J. Whitten Foundation, a leading men’s health not-for-profit charity. Their aim is to increase the awareness of prostate cancer and raise funds for research into the disease, along with several other men’s health initiatives.

As such, 10% of all profits from any The Dad Conference event will be donated. So when you buy a ticket, not only are you investing in the future of yourself and your family, but also the health and well-being of other men just like you.
